I started smelling a mold/musky smell in our laundry room and guest bathroom. Having a 2 year old and a new baby on the way, I was very worried that this could be a huge problem and it wasn't safe to have our kids in the house. I am huge on customer service and WOW! AirMD promptly returned my message, answered all of my questions over the phone, wasn't pushy and gave me time to make decision and then was over to our house testing for mold almost immediately. It's difficult to find a company that makes you feel like "family" in a big city, but they did just that. We will definitely use them for our home and any of our rental properties in the future.
