I had no idea what VOC Testing was until I needed to. I had this terrible smell in my bathroom and I couldn't understand where it was coming from since the entire condo had been renovated. Rachael from AirMD was nice in explaining what they were doing - which was basically inspecting the bathroom in detail and setting up some tank to collect the air sample. Needless to say, they solved the question of where this bad smell was coming from, and I had to the necessary paperwork to take legal action. I am very thankful that AirMD walked me through the entire process and was very responsive to my concerns.
