Bacteria Testing assesses indoor locations likely to have high concentrations of bacteria including kitchens and bathrooms. Bacterial illnesses are often mistaken for flu. Symptoms may include intestinal pain, diarrhea, nausea, fever, and headaches. Inadequate sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms increase the chance of exposure to contamination.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), an estimated 80 million Americans suffer from foodborne illness annually, especially Salmonella, which is the second most common intestinal infection in the United States. Half of all Salmonella contamination is a direct result from incorrect sanitizing of food preparation areas.
